For those hot, summer days…or you just don’t know what to do with watermelon aside from having them plain. Here you go!
- Watermelon wedges
- Flavored salts
- Freshly ground pepper
- Local honey
- Lime wedges
- Ground red pepper
- Crushed ice
- Schnapps (Optional)
1). Cut watermelon into wedges. Put-in a large tray with crushed ice.
2). Serve in a variety of ways:
- Sprinkle with flavored salts and freshly ground pepper,
- drizzle with local honey and fresh lime wedges,
- dust with red pepper, or
- add a splash of schnapps (optional).
