Baked Salmon w/ Lemon + Herb, and Garlic Aioli

They are baked to perfection with a touch of lemon and homegrown herbs topped with a delicious garlic aioli. Enjoy a flavorful and healthy meal!

Ingredients:

• 1 lb salmon fillet

• 1 teaspoon EVOO

• 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (alternatively mayonnaise with olive oil)

• 2 teaspoons minced garlic

• 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley

• 1 tablespoon lemon juice + cut portions for garnish

• 2 teaspoons seasoning salt

• Capers

Recipe Preparation

Pre-heat oven to 350° F

1. Coat the salmon with olive oil, lemon juice, and cracked black pepper.

2. Mix garlic, mayo, olive oil, and lemon juice to prepare aioli.

3. Add a generous dollop of garlic aioli, fresh chopped parsley, tangy capers, and zesty lemon slices on top of the salmon.

4. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes.

5. Broil salmon for another minute to add color. Serve warm with sides.
