For those hot, summer days…or you just don’t know what to do with watermelon aside from having them plain.  Here you go!

You’ll Need:

• Watermelon wedges
• Flavored salts
• Freshly ground pepper
• Local honey
• Lime wedges
• Ground red pepper
• Crushed ice
• Schnapps (Optional)

Directions:

1). Cut watermelon into wedges.  Put-in a large tray with crushed ice.

2). Serve in a variety of ways:

• Sprinkle with flavored salts and freshly ground pepper,
• drizzle with local honey and fresh lime wedges,
• dust with red pepper, or
• add a splash of schnapps (optional).
